Sweet and Spicy Squid

Ingredients:
1/4 k. Squid, cut into pieces
3 tbsp. Barbeque Marinade
2 tbsp. ginger,
1 tbsp. chilis, pounded
salt and pepper,
3 tbsp. oil

Clean and remove the squid's outer film covering and cut into rings.
Then marinade it in barbeque sauce for 5 mins. Set aside.
In a hot skillet, saute ginger in oil until slightly brown, lower the fire to medium and add in the squid. Cook the squid until pink, then pour the rest of the barbeque marinade. Let simmer.

Add chilis, salt and pepper according to taste.
Serve hot with plain rice.
