I first tasted sukiyaki when I was on my 2nd grade. Our kiosk usually served this for lunch and most of the time I'd choose to exchange my meal stub for this one. Shrimps&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1/4 c. garlic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1/4 c. butter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 tbsp. soy sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;chilis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;salt and pepper&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Heat butter in skillet and saute garlic until golden brown. Add the shrimps and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Add the chilis. In about 2 Tbsp of cooking oil. Remove and Set aside.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2.) Saute garlic, onion and ground beef in the same skillet or pan. Squid, cut into pieces&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp. Barbeque Marinade&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp. ginger,&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp. chilis, pounded&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper,&lt;br /&gt;3 tbsp. oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean and remove the squid's outer film covering and cut into rings. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Then marinade it in barbeque sauce for 5 mins. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;In a hot skillet, saute ginger in oil until slightly brown, lower the fire to medium and add in the squid. Cook the squid until pink, then pour the rest of the barbeque marinade. During the time when I was pregnant to my baby girl, my husband craved for it out of the blue. One day, he just bought beef lungs, intestines, tripe and bile, and requested that it be cooked as papaitan. Since no one knows exactly how to cook this exotic filipino dish, I've decided to browse through the internet to look for this recipe. I've luckily found a recipe... I had to make revisions though.
